This is essential to reaching top performance potential.  Arm back on top of baseball, both shoulders at maximum scapular load, weight back, hip closed, high front side, level head, front shoulder & glove closed on target. What do these pitchers have in common…..they have proper foundation training.  Their stronger lower body is in charge from knee lift through landing.
